On each of the movie discs you'll find an Easter Egg. You can find them both in the same place on each disc and that's in the 'Scene Selection' area. Go to the last scene in that area and press DOWN. A ring should appear next to the list of chapters and press ENTER to see them.
The first is an interview with Elijah Woods, well a fake one anyway, and the second has a few of cast attempting to convince Peter Jackson to do another sequel.
